Cet atelier vous propose un temps pour mieux comprendre votre rôle de proches aidants, partager vos expériences et trouver des ressources pour vous accompagner.\n \nAnimé par des professionnels expérimentés, l’atelier « Comprendre pour agir » est conçu comme un parcours d’accompagnement en 6 séquences de 3 heures. Il permet de prendre du recul sur les situations vécues, de mieux comprendre la relation d’aide et d’identifier les ressources et les dispositifs existants.
